What does it mean to you to be selected to sing with the Junior Mendelssohn Choir? I felt it was an honor to be selected to sing with the Junior Mendelssohn Choir. When we sing it is so beautiful and I can’t wait for my family and friends to come and hear us.
Who is your current favorite composer or what is your favorite genre of choral music to sing? I love all kind of music from Taylor Swift to choir. For me my favorite genre of choral music is traditional. I am drawn to chorus by the beautiful sounds of the blended voices all singing as one.
Of what accomplishment are you most proud so far? I am proud of being a part of the Junior Mendelssohn Choir and the plays and musicals at my high school.
What do you spend your time doing when you’re not singing with the choir? I love animals and enjoy activities that allow me to interact with a lot of different types of animals and learn more about how they live. Most of my free time is spent on stage performing or taking classes to become better at music or dancing.
