Make Our Garden Grow: Junior Mendelssohn 40th Anniversary Concert

For 40 years, the Junior Mendelssohn Choir of Pittsburgh has helped young singers grow as musicians, find their voices, and discover the joy of singing together.

Friday, November 13, we celebrate this remarkable legacy with Make Our Garden Grow: JMCP’s 40th Anniversary Concert!

The evening will feature a special performance of Leonard Bernstein’s Make Our Garden Grow, bringing together current JMCP singers and alumni from across all four decades of the program. It’s a celebration of the generations of young musicians and dedicated educators who have helped JMCP flourish since 1986.

Third Presbyterian Church is located at the corner of Fifth and Negley in Shadyside.  The church has a small parking lot accessible from Fifth St. These spaces are reserved for guests with mobility issues. If the lot is full when you arrive, please feel free to pull through the lot to drop off your passengers. There is street parking available on College Street and Murray Hill Avenue. All patrons should enter through the doors with the ramp at the side of the church, directly off of the parking lot.
