Distant Worlds: Music from Final Fantasy

The Mendelssohn Choir of Pittsburgh joins the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra in bringing the music of iconic video game FINAL FANTASY to Heinz Hall.  The performance will feature selections from the game soundtrack, as well as works by Japanese video game composer Nobou Uematso.  Grammy Award-winning conductor Arnie Roth will lead the MCP and PSO in this exciting concert, complete with screen images to match the sweeping vistas of the music.  A post-show meet and greet with Roth and FINAL FANTASY XII composer Hitoshi Sakimoto will be held at Heinz Hall.
