About the event
Friday, November 13, 2026 at 7:30 pm | Third Presbyterian Church, Shadyside
Join us for an evening of music-making and meet the next generation of choral singers.
The Junior Mendelssohn Choir of Pittsburgh (JMCP) provides talented youth with a rigorous musical environment in which to develop their vocal and ensemble singing skills. This pre-professional training program teaches young singers the self-discipline, commitment to excellence, and ensemble-related skills necessary to succeed in music and in life.
Each year, young voices from grades 9 to 12 throughout the greater Pittsburgh undergo an intensive fall semester of weekly instruction under the direction of MCP Music Director Daniel Singer and JMCP teaching faculty. Join us at Third Presbyterian Church this November to hear this incredible group of singers perform.
